Call-Out Service

Service Description

Our sewing machine technician will visit your premises to carry out the service or repair on-site. We cover most areas of London and the surrounding areas. Call-out fees vary depending on the location of the service (mileage, travel time, congestion charge zones, parking, etc.). Please ensure you provide the correct and full address where the service is required. Also, let us know in advance if parking is available. Your appointment can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. If you wish to cancel after this period, a cancellation fee of £20.00 will apply. The service and repair charge must be paid on the day, immediately after the service has been completed. If your company operates on an invoice payment system and requires additional time to process payment (for example, due to internal accounting procedures), please inform us in advance. We will need to register your details on our system before carrying out the service. All invoices include a due date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in late payment fees.
