In-Store Same-Day Service

Service Description

This is a same-day service for your sewing machine carried out in our shop. It is considered an emergency service and is charged at a higher rate than our standard Drop-Off Service. Please note that in some cases, you may be required to leave your machine with us if significant repairs are needed or if specialised spare parts must be ordered. When booking, please describe the issue you are experiencing with your sewing machine and include the make and model (model number). Please ensure you bring all necessary items with your machine: - Foot pedal / controller - Presser foot (attached) - Needle plate (attached) - Bobbin (inserted) - Bobbin case (inserted) - Needle (fitted) - Power cable (if your machine uses a detachable lead)
