Service Description
Our drop-off service is when you bring your sewing machine to our shop and leave it with us for servicing. The service usually takes between 3 to 5 working days. In some cases, it may take longer depending on the extent of the repair or if any spare parts need to be ordered. Please ensure you bring all necessary items with your machine: - Foot pedal / controller - Presser foot (attached) - Needle plate (attached) - Bobbin (inserted) - Bobbin case (inserted) - Needle (fitted) - Power cable (if your machine uses a detachable lead) Payment is required on the day you drop off your machine. Once we inform you that your machine is ready, collection must be made within a maximum of 15 days.
